I came in knowing what I wanted and braced myself for the attack of some high pressured salesperson. I was blown away by Wayne! He listened to me he answered all my questions without any suggestive sales pitches at all. I left the store with a totally different attitude than what I came in with. Wayne took care of everything for me. I went in on Saturday night 9/16 and my mattress arrived on Monday 9/18. Thank you so much Wayne. I will continue to shop at Mattress Firm and I will definitely spread the word to Family and friends.
