I had a general idea of what I was looking for when I visited the store, but Justin and Louie really took the time to help me understand the differences between all the options. Justin was very informative and helpful, but what really sold me on wanting to cone back was Louie. Louie was so welcoming and walked me through everything I was interested in! Louie was amazing! This is my second time purchasing from mattress firm and just like the first time it was a perfect experience. Louie was awesome she helped me right away and within 20 min my new mattress and delivery was set up and all ready to go! She was very nice and understanding of everything i needed and help this be a quick and efficient process. I definitely recommend giving this place a try next time!
