I went into the store to look at options for a new bed. I didn’t even have to go anywhere else. Amanda was amazing. She listened to all my questions and concerns about the back pain I’ve experienced with different mattresses. She patiently showed me several options and I found the perfect bed for a good deal. She made the whole experience fun and I highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for a new bed!

If you’re looking for a mattress in the Roanoke area, this store is the place to go! Amanda was a huge help to us as we picked out our new mattress. She answered all our questions, provided thoughtful information about different options, and was never pushy. If you want a high-quality mattress and a supportive, informed, and friendly shopping experience, look no further. Amanda’s colleague was also great, but I worked mostly with Amanda and highly recommend her. No reservations!!

Amanda and Jennifer were very helpful providing information about various beds and their benefits. They also took time to help me find a mattress that met my needs. I went in thinking I wanted a firm mattress, but they asked a lot of questions and had me try various beds I discovered I really found the medium mattress to be most comfortable. I would definitely recommend going to the Mattress Firm store at Valley View Mall for as they were much more helpful than any other store we shopped in the area.
