We stopped in to check out mattresses and Byron immediately greeted us with a warm welcome. He was knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store and was able to answer all our questions. We were on the fence between a few and Byron was able to pull up a side by side comparison for us to really weigh the pros and cons of our choices. It was obvious he had extensive knowledge and wanted to be sure we would be 100% satisfied with our selection. In today's world, genuine customer service is rare but Byron exceeded our expectations and even threw in some humor to make the mattress shopping experience a blast. If you are considering a new mattress, stop in and see Byron first and you will save yourself time going anywhere else. Our new mattresses will be delivered today and we are so excited.

Everyone was super helpful. I was looking for a specific item. I could only find one at my local store. I called the store on Volvo Pkwy, which in turn checked the system and found what I needed. I then came over to pick it up at the Suffolk Harbourview location. I bought some mattresses last year and remember getting this same level of service, which is why I returned. Mattress Firm is doing something right with customer service! Keep up the good work!

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience in purchasing a mattress. Byron Gilley was super informative and personable in helping us figuring out what would be the best mattress for us. We were a bit indecisive and Byron was very patient and respectful. We ended up with a great deal and a mattress and adjustable base that we love so much! Worth every penny!
