John, who is now the manager at Mattress Firm ( Red Mill) has been the greatest living example of customer service I have ever known. Barely a year after purchasing my mattress, I noticed the materials separating. I contacted John and he walked me through the entire process of getting my mattress replaced under warranty. He even assisted me in getting my online account started. This was such a blessing as I came into doing things by computer late in life. John helped me every step of the way and I am so grateful to have such a nice person to be there when I needed his help. I have purchased mattress"es" from different locations of this company, in different states, and by far, this location rates #1. Both employees on duty were friendly and amiable. Our sales representative, Hoda, was experienced and knowledgeable of all their stock, but exumed patience and attention while we tested each mattress. She was respectful of our budget and offered advice when warranted. We were made to feel comfortable the entire visit. It was a great experience and of course a purchase was made.

I had the pleasure of buying a mattress and base from a lovely sales lady named Hoda. She spent a ton of time with me and made sure I got what I needed. I haven't been mattress shopping in about 20 years and I was afraid to purchase a mattress online. Although I wound up spending more than I planned, Hoda took extremely good care of me and I feel confident that I made the right purchase with her guidance. We had a wonderful experience with Graham our salesman. He is very knowledgeable, and extremely eager to help, especially since I had lots of questions. I really liked the fact that he allowed us to browse and try the mattresses without hovering, but let us know he was close by and available to help us. Some salesmen in today's world are very PUSHY, but he was not! And I really appreciated that. Thank you Graham for helping us with our purchase. I am eager to get a good night's sleep finally.

John was excellent, showing me a number of options and helping me nab a great deal a new guest bed! He showed the me the adjustable base and now I need to get one for my next master bed! Loved the support. Being able to ship a set of sheets to my mom and the rest to my house in Manassas was great!
