ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Let me start by telling you my brother has gotten our mom a bed through Mattress Firm, his bed through Mattress Firm and now my bed through Mattress Firm, the quality of the service and how wonderful these beds are I could not be happier with the service I got, from the minute that I walked through the doors at the Auburn location Kenneth took his time and showed me all the different options and I told him I was on a budget he really went the extra mile to make sure that I had the very best at the price I could afford. I got my lovely bed delivered within one day the delivery guys were very respectful, kind, fast and took the time to show me how to work the remote. They were in and out within 10 minutes I was shocked at how good they were and when I tried to give one of the guys a tip more than once he said no I cannot accept that but I insisted he please take it for some lunch money. I couldn't be happier with the Auburn Mattress Firm. THANKS FOR YET ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Sam was wonderful. He had the perfect balance of allowing me to try out the mattresses before stepping in to help me narrow my preferences down to the perfect mattress. I was impressed by both his warmth and his professionalism. I was surprised to learn that he was a new employee at Mattress Firm. He knows his beds and is very attuned to melding a customer 's needs with the perfect bed.

Tommy was great. I was able to try a variety of mattresses and we found one that fit my budget and is much more comfortable than the one I have now. He seemed very open to telling us about the options and fun to chat with as we were paying as well. Unfortunately, according to him, it was his last day, so you'll have to find someone else! Thanks for the help!

Sam was amazing. I knew what I wanted and Sam showed me options right away explaining pros of each. He even checked to see if it would fit in my suv and it did! I couldn't be happier with how easy the process was. Great job!
