Walked-in to just shop around for a mattress, but Charles was so helpful and provided a lot of information to help us decide. He stuck to our price range and showed us some alternatives below our budget. Explained all we need to know about the mattress we liked and get it reserved for us with a small refundable deposit. Didn't feel any pressure from him trying to sell us anything making the visit really pleasant. Definitely recommend this place.

I had a delightful, entertaining salesperson, Charles, help me find the perfect fit for my body. He insisted I try different positions to ensure I got what worked best and didn't rush me to choose while I tried out other beds. He was knowledgeable about them all. The store was clean, had many options and had a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this location to others.

The staff that greeted me today, 11/7/22 were so kind. I had made arrangements with Roger and the employees quickly directed me to Roger. A beautiful greeting from Roger, I had my Dallas Cowboys shirt on and he's a "Die Hard Cowboys Fan!". What a GREAT visit. Roger was so helpful and we had a WONDERFUL time and completion of my transaction. I'm in Washington b/c my 89 y.o. father is in a Memory Care facility. Lots of stress but interacting w/ employees and Roger gave me another "Day of Light" during my family's situation with our father. Thank You Mattress Depot and your beautiful employees.

Our sales lady, Danene, was absolutely wonderful!! She explained everything to us and helped us find the best mattress at a good price.
