The sales guy was very helpful. He was able to help us to figure out exactly what mattress was best and most comfortable for us. And he was also able to help us get in-house financing. And he adjusted the price we were going to pay, to the price that we were financed for by giving us an incredible discount. I would highly recommend a visit to this particular store with this particular salesperson. The salesperson's name was Don. I suggest going straight to him.

Had a great experience here working with Donald. Came in to just demo some mattresses but ended up taking one home. Donald was extreemly knowledgeable and helpful and really helped my wife decide on our new mattress. Never up sold me and provided great insight and service. I wont need another mattress for a while but when I do I will deffintely be back.

Please make sure you see Don and his team at either of the Puyallup locations! Don was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and cared a lot about my individual tailored sleep health and care needs. He really took the time to help educate me on mattresses and sleep to help me understand what might fit me best. He then helped me find something I liked with zero pressure to buy. I have bought very few beds in my life, but this experience was hands down the best retail/customer service experience I’ve ever had, anywhere! I landed on the intellibed G2, and I’ve been loving it!

I’ve actually been to your store three times and all three times. It was a good experience. Your sales associates are very knowledgeable and very patient. The one I had this last time Don gave me great tips for my particular condition and helped me in selecting the right mattress for my situation. PS I really like the fact that no one pressured me. They were just there if I needed their help. 🙂 I will be back for another purchase.
