Worked with Brooke on the purchase of a bed for myself and my daughter. She listened to all of my wants and needs she showed me what she thought was going to fit on her first impression. Then she showed me a number of each type of bed higher and lower in price. Then we started talking about accessories and she showed me the pillows, the blankets and sheets for both my king and full sized beds. Her knowledge was very good and thorough and what she didn’t know, she was able to quickly ask the Manager Mike and got the answers I inquired about. I was very impressed and pleased by the services I received. I will definitely tell other people about my experience and be referring people over to Mattress Firm.

The customer service was phenomenal. We went in and told Michael what we were looking for and our price point. Within minutes we were walking out w exactly what we wanted and were 100 percent satisfied. We have bought three mattresses from this company before and each time is quick, easy and comfortable.
