Superb Salesmanship
The professionalism and salesmanship of David Plagman was above and beyond what an average salesperson would do. His ability to guide us to the right product and make a sound decision was unparalleled in the sales arena. My wife and I could sense his genuineness in his wanting what was best for us, the customer, and did not feel pushed or pressured the least bit. Overall a very pleasant, positive buying experience!

Good but could have been better
Our decision to purchase the mattress was made in less than an hour. That part of the process was easy. Mattress Firm was able to deliver the bed that evening and that was great too until we realized it was not what we thought we purchased. The sales person specifically told us about features of the bed that we thought we were getting. When I called him about it, he said that will cost $1500 more. We sort of felt like we were misled. The guys delivering the mattress were very nice but they broke an outside light fixture in the stairwell. They need to be fully aware of their surroundings to avoid this type of incident going forward. I immediately called the sales person and he was eager to get it resolved. It could have been avoided and a much better experience.

Objective advice; timely and considerate service.
We visited the store to explore new mattress alternatives. Working with the store manager, David, we were given straight forward, objective information about mattress alternatives. We tried several alternatives and settle on a particular model with no high-pressure input. The delivery, available that night, was great. The crew wore footies to protect our floors, were very quick and professional.

store staff was very helpful
I purchased a mattress online.. 100 days free and they come get it if you don't like it. I urge anyone not to do this. There is value in laying on the mattress having someone to talk through the pros and cons of the different options. After returning the online mattress I went to mattress firm. I am so happy with this mattress.. and I haven't slept this well in years. Thank you!

Superb customer service
I had ordered a sleep number, and was given a huge run around. After five weeks I had still not received my bed so on a Sunday I went to mattress firm. The salesman was more than happy to help and explain all option. Never did I feel pressured to purchase something I didn't need. By 7pm on that Sunday evening I had a new bed delivered. Best sleep I have had in a very long time!!!

Jury is still out
Bed was delivered yesterday. Discovered after they left that they set the box springs at an angle so the mattress does not fit squarely on them. Also, to register for warranty you have to have the serial number from the front of the mattress. We can't lift it so can't see it. VERY frustrating.

Helpful sales people
I went there and had a lot of questions. I asked if they could deliver to another state on a specific day. I asked if I could come back later and have my wife try the mattresses. Everything was accommodated. No sales pressure. There going to deliver where and when I need. Perfect.
