Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Worst I bought a $2000 mattress along with an adjustable bed frame. The first mattress was so firm I couldn't sleep on it. They replaced it with a mattress that is so soft you sink in to the point that you can only sleep on your back. I finally decided that I wanted to just get my money back for the mattress have called the Williamsburg VA store 30 plus times today with no answer. Finally someone answers and when I start to speak they simply disconnect the call. I will never buy anything from them again and i am on my way over to the store as we speak to get my money back. Don't buy anything from someone who doesn't even have the courtesy to answer a phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleasant experience! First thing, our sales person Carter, James a Carter, was absolutely informative and very patient. It was a very large purchase for us in a long time and he made it feel less painful! LOL he was very cordial and made us feel at home. We were shopping that day and could not even compare his sales ability and was very polite and cheerful. It was a very pleasant experience. The two delivery men were very prompt and and professional right down to the delivery truck parking! They were also very professional and very pleasant. BTW, love the red booties! Very deserving of the nice tip we gave them!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delivered to wrong address and left there! We had good service at the store and during the sale. We went back because we had a good experience previously. We bought two queen beds with frames and paid for delivery. The mattresses were delivered today to our prior address. The people who live there now happen to be shopping for mattresses as well. Their brother assumed they had made a purchase when the delivery truck came and he let the delivery team in and they delivered them there. After calling the store they said tough luck they were delivered, we reviewed the purchase order with you and you verified it. Now my husband has to pick them up and we get to set them up. They were not set up at the other house which is supposed to be part of the delivery! How about some common courtesy? I will not shop here again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Parker experience I went in to buy a mattress for my Rv. Gave the dimensions. Was told that a king would be too big to fit the king space I had. That the mattress would hang over at the end and then not fit at the top. So I bought a queen to ensure the fit. Well the queen was way to small. I went back to the store 2 days later to validate the size of the king again. Come to find out the king would have fit. The only option I had was to be charged 100 dollars to pick it up and a 10% restocking fee. Was told I would be better off keeping it. This is terrible customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sale was great - Delivery, not so much My salesman was excellent. No pressure, just showed me what I asked for, and helped me find a mattress quickly. The delivery wasn't so good. They showed up early, and didn't call to let me know. I wasn't home when they arrived so they ended up leaving the mattress/box spring with my 13 year old son who had no idea what to do when they got there. I had to call my salesman to get the deliverers to come back to my house to remove my old mattress/box spring and put the new one in the bedroom instead of my living room, where they initially left it.

The sales person did a phenomenal job with only showing me the mattresses I could afford and what would fit my son's needs. He worked with me on price in order to get me the best mattress delivered to my home within my budget and my time frame. My salesman was Rol Collins.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mattress sleeps great. Delivery service ok The day I decided to buy my king mattress set, I was only in the store to collect info on a future mattress purchase. First, i was surprised to find out that Sleepy's had been bought out by Mattress Firm. Four years earlier, I'd purchased a queen mattress set from Sleepy's. The salesperson made me an offer that worked out for me. My purchase was delivered 2 days later. Part of delivery was this "red carpet service ". When the drivers arrived, they dropped a red carpet at the back of their truck, before moving the items in my home. I felt this action was unnecessary. While removing the plastic from my mattress, a dirt stain was made on my mattress. I didn't say anything, because it was something I could fix with soap and water. Other than that, I was pleased with the service.
