Mattress Firm Is definitely the place to go for a quality mattress and a great experience. Yes they have high quality premium mattresses. I got a hybrid mattress that has memory foam and some springs in it. They sold me the mattress protection covering and will deliver and set up all included in the price. Their technicians are fabulous. I came in right before close and the lady still took the time to help me and ensure that I got what I needed. You should come in with 1000-2000 dollars and will get a quality experience. They also had a Black Friday sale !

Thank you Mattress Firm Hastings Village! We worked with Chris who helped us find a perfect CA King mattress for our growing teenage son. He also needed a Firm mattress for his back problems. Chris was Amazing in that she was Extremely Knowledgable about all the different levels of Firmness each particular bed had to offer including the different composition of each bed, foam vs. coils vs. hybrid beds. With Chris’s Expertise we were able to find the Perfect bed for our son. With fast delivery and set up we are looking forward to receiving our new bed within the week!

Great experience with Cris at both the Hastings Ranch and Pasadena locations. Really knowledgeable, personable, and helpful, without pressure or that weird “I’ll make you a deal” vibe that can sometimes accompany a big search. Cris never rushed us into moving to a different mattress, helped us understand our sleep positioning and what we needed for support, and remembered what we liked and didn’t about each mattress. Also listened to our budget constraints and helped weigh pros and cons. Really great experience overall - almost bummed I won’t have to shop for a mattress more often. Much prefer this experience with Cris over past experiences at other mattress stores, and I believe it was Cris that made the biggest difference in our decision to go with Mattress Firm. Thank you!

It was a very quick and hassle free visit. First I called the store and spoke with Seth . I asked him if he has the same item I ordered on line last year. He told me to come to the store. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He showed me all the mattresses in the store and had given me suggestions and informed me about how I can get discounts on the items I ordered. I ordered 2 sets of posturepedic plus satisfied ultra firm mattresses and memory pillow cooling soft cell and waterproof mattress protectors. These items for me are the best.
