Very friendly and informative staff. Found the replacement bed we were looking for! The store was laid out in a customer-oriented arrangement with ample floor model mattresses to try (from firm to pillow-top). There were also different model bases for the mattresses throughout the store. The salesperson walked my wife and me around the store and explained the various mattresses and bases and how each performs during sleep. The price ranges varied from base models to top-of-the-line depending on one's need. I appreciated that we were given a disposable paper pillow sheet for hygiene purposes. The visit was no pressure and very congenial. Highly recommended for those looking for a new mattress or bed.
