Marco helped us choose the best mattress within our price range without compensating on comfort. He introduced us to the adjustable frame which wasn’t even on our radar but such a game changer for better sleep position and use of the bed. He was great with continued communication and walked us through the process, we take time to make decisions and this took several days. Thankfully he was patient and we ended up with a great set up.

We had a wonderful experience at this store, thanks to Mike and Kenneth! We left the store feeling confident with our purchase. Kenneth really took the time to help us figure out which type of mattress would benefit us. We ended up trying out 8 beds and a few pillows, Kenneth is very knowledgeable and honest. We didn't feel pressured to make a purchase but luckily we did find the best mattress for us!

Great customer service. I had bought a mattress plus frame with remote control that was misplaced and we desperately need to replace. So my girlfriend contacted one of your other stores Steven's creek location ) and was told to contact the manufacturer. However on our way to run some errands today we decided to stop over to Milpitas location and were pleased to hear we were under warranty and would send us a replacement to my house. That was great customer service and I will be visiting the Milpitas location in the future. I will send people your way because that customer service goes a long way. Thank u Milpitas staff
