We called before going in to the store on Stevens Creek and San Tomas and from that one phone call, I could already tell that Marissa was going to wonderful. She asked all the right questions and took the time to understand our needs. Once with her in person, she showed us much patience and kindness. Our purchase wasn’t any where near a top of the line mattress, yet Marissa still gave us top of the line service. We were so happy her knowledge, and professionalism. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I had never been mattress shopping before, and I wanted to pre-shop to get a general idea of what I might want to get. Colby was super helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me find some options within my budget. He answered all my questions and didn’t put too much pressure to make a decision or buy right then. Even though I’m not ready to buy right now, they had some really good deals on mattresses that I liked. Definitely recommend this place. I didn’t buy anything thing yet, so my review is just about the shopping/browsing experience.

I came in to buy a budget mattress, but I was offered such a good deal on a premium mattress by the salesman, Caleb, I jumped on that instead. This is definitely a no pressure and friendly sales situation. Free delivery and removal is included. Caleb offered a few free extras for the holiday sale too. I was totally sold!
