My girlfriend and I bought a mattress, bed frame, and pillows here back in December. It was an absolutely amazing experience. If you ever go here, ask for Hannah - and ONLY Hannah! She is the kindest, most knowledgeable sleep expert ever! This is our first time buying a mattress so we were a bit overwhelmed by the numerous variety of mattress types and materials. But Hannah made our experience so much better as she helped us pick out the right mattress and pillows based on our sleeping habits and preferences. We got the perfect mattress and pillows with the right firmness and size and it was all within our budget! Glad to say Hannah made sure everything went very smoothly from the ordering to the delivery and easy set-up! Also, we’re VERY thankful that Hannah gave us special discounts for the pillows and the adjustable bed frame! I have never had a better experience than this! Thank you so much to Hannah!!!! As a side note, she also gave us some avocados to take home. Never knew we would leave Mattress Firm with a new bed set and avocados 🤣🤣🤣!!!

I went in to look and test out some mattresses. We were greeted by Hannah. She was a huge help when it came to choosing the right mattress for my needs. She explained everything so thoroughly. Unlike other sales people, Hannah was not pushy or aggressive at all. She made our experience at mattress firm extremely pleasant. I will be asking for her for any future purchases.

We were serviced by Marquise who was very knowledgeable & helpful. We had no idea what we wanted when we went in to the store on Cottle Rd in San Jose. Marquise gave us a lot of helpful information & had us try out a number of different bed types & pillows. It was very helpful in coming to our final conclusion. Come to find out when we were making our purchase that Marquise was in training! He is going to be a super ⭐️! Such a nice young man! Thank you Marquise & Nick!

We came to this Mattress Firm location because of the Google Reviews and am so glad we did! Thank you to Benny for going above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress! He was patient and answered our endless questions as we tried out several mattresses in the store and eventually settled on one that we love. It's been over a month now on the new mattress and have no issues with our mattress. Fingers crossed this lasts us for many years without issues!
