Kirby was absolutely amazing. I was astounded by his expertise, professionalism, and overall customer service. He wasn’t only polite, but honest and respectful. I was very grateful for all of his efforts in finding my fiancé and I the perfect bed, as it was my first time purchasing a mattress and we just moved to California! He was very patient in allowing us to feel out the mattress, bases, pillows, etc. in order to find our perfect fit… and now my brand new mattress and my first ever adjustment frame will be delivered and setup tomorrow - thank you so much again, Kirby! We will definitely be returning customers indefinitely.

I bought a mattress from the location in Valencia, Ca. Kirby was the sales person and he was extremely helpful. He spent a lot of time helping me find a comfortable, good value mattress. I really appreciated the way he assisted my decision, and we also had a pleasant conversation while I was trying to decide. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Just bought 2 matteress at Matteress Firm in Valencia, CA. Was very impressed with the sales person Kirby. He was very Knowledgeable about all the different mattresses, listen to my wants and needs And was very patient And it took the time to answer all of my questions And let me try as many as I needed until I found the perfect mattress. He did not try to push any certain brand on me and wanted to make sure I completely understood the pros and cons and different types of firmness. He explained warranties and how their company differs than others. Our last 3 latches mattresses were from sit n sleep and I did not go back to them because their customer service was very bad and the mattresses all failed. I would highly recommend the mattress Firm in Valencia and look for Kirby to assist you.
