My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at the Vallejo Mattress Firm. We went in on Saturday, and we were greeted by Oliver, who was very pleasant to work with. Oliver seemed knowledgeable in his field, and based on the type of mattress we were looking for, he showed us several options. We weren’t 100% sure we wanted to get our new bed yet, so we told Oliver that we were going to think about it, as well as the options he showed us. He wasn’t pushy at all when we decided to think about it. We informed him we’d be in touch with him by Sunday. We decided to go ahead with the purchase of a new bed, went in on Sunday, and finalized the purchase. Oliver was both professional, and pleasant to work with, and we will recommend his services to our friends!

Oliver greeted us as soon as we arrived at the store. He took time to determine our needs and then found 5 mattresses for us to try so we didn’t have to try every mattress in the showroom. Oliver was quite patient with us as we tested each mattress to find the perfect one. The whole experience (which included purchasing) took under an hour.
