I was very pleased with my experience. Norman helped us select a new mattress and he was very informative, polite and sincere. He took a great deal of time helping us choose a mattress which I didn’t initially purchase. Two weeks later when I returned with more questions and to purchase a mattress, he remembered our conversation and was very helpful. I wish all sales people would emulate his kindness and demeanor.

My husband and I went to Mattress Firm on Saturday and we were met by Scott. He was a no pressure sales person and showed us what they had in the budget that we were looking for. We got a quote and went to some other stores to shop around and ended up buying from him. Our experience was great and we are now waiting for our mattress to be delivered this week.
