Lately I buy everything online it seems because of covid. But I needed a mattress for my daughter and really wanted to feel it before purchasing not to have to worry about a return of an opened mattress. Went to sam's and their selection was awful. A friend mentioned a great experience at mattress firm and I gave them a shot. Enter Lori, who helped me first over the phone with my very specific requests and then helped me in store with a very pleasurable experience. Got the mattress meeting our needs at the same price or cheaper than what I could've bought at sam's or Amazon. Free delivery next day and now my daughter loves it. Ps Lori your tip about the magic spray to protect the room has kept our daughter staying in her bed two nights in a row so far. You are a miracle worker! Everyone should be shopping here and no where else. I'm a researcher... Big time... You've sold me.
