Both Rich and Tom are very knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs of the user. They helped me find a great mattress and adjustable base to fit a small room, scheduled delivery for exactly when we would need it, and did so at a price that I could afford.

Following surgery I needed a new mattress delivered to my house while I recovered at home. I called the store and explained my situation, and the woman who helped me was wonderful. She knew I was unable to get in to the store to try mattresses out, so she explained the features of the different mattresses and offered advice. We decided on a mattress and it was delivered the next day. The delivery people were professional and right on time. It was a great experience.
