John was great to work with! We had no idea what all the different kinds of pillows and materials there were, but we told him what we were looking for (back sleeper and side sleeper) and he gave us plenty of examples to try. We found some we wanted and liked and even though the system was down and weren’t able to buy them that exact time, he followed up with us first thing in the morning to make sure we were taken care of.
