I had a very pleasant experience with my store's sales representative, he was very patient and kind With me as I took forever to pick out the bed I liked. It was such a pleasure to deal with a sales representative who is not pushy at all. And I also must add that the store manager, Stan, went above and beyond To help me with A matter that had come up. He handled it as he promised and was very professional.

Joy was an absolute pleasure to work with today. She showed us all our options as well as all the sales so we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything. Her recommendations were all aligned with our preferences and eventually that led to us finding the perfect bed. I've been looking for a good pillow for some time, she showed us a great product that I feel is really going to make a big difference in my sleeping. We had previously went into a mattress store early and no one even acknowledged our presence. When we walked through the door Joy and the team greeted us right away.
