I’ve been buying ‘beds in a box’ for years and mistakenly decided to ‘upgrade’ with a Bear mattress in 2021. The mattress is awful. I’ve been suffering ever since and have been trying different toppers instead of spending another $1K+ on a different mattress, but I can’t take waking up in pain every day anymore. I went into the store for assistance. Myron was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. Not pushy at all. I am extremely happy with my purchase and thankful I decided to go to this location.

I just purchased an amazing new mattress there for the first time in 15 years, so clearly I had no idea what to do. I worked with Fred on not 1, but 2 separate days over the course of the transaction. He was extremely knowledgable, and was able to help me narrow down my choices in the most effective way. When it came to payment we reviewed all options and selected the most effective method for me. I never once felt pressured to buy and that made me want to come back and finish the deal on day 2 as I really needed a new mattress. I had an additional question the following day of the sale and Fred answered the phone and got me taken care of right away! My wife and I were served by Myron and let me tell you he knows his stuff and was very pleasant and listened to what we were looking for. There was also no pressure from Myron in pushing any products on us however when he knew what we wanted it was an easy purchase for us I would recommend this store and ask for Myron he was a great educator in choosing the right mattress

I had no issues with my experience here. Fred Thomas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There were plenty of options to choose from. He was not pushy at all. The only issue I had was choosing which one to purchase! I will definitely return for one of the really nice tempur pedics they have!
