My experience here was amazing today! My sales rep was Erica and she was very very helpful, kind and knew her business. No pressure at all we were able to browse the store at our leisure. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress. Although Brandon was not our rep he was very kind as well. Well done Mattress Firm River City!! Happy customer here.

Had a great experience. A young man by the name of Brandon helped me and my husband. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and the different types. My husband and I both have severe back problems and he was able to show us the different mattresses that was geared towards back problems. He showed us everything from high end to the lower priced . This impressed us because he did not try to just sell a mattress he was truly selling a mattress to us. Have done business at this store before and have always been very pleased but this time it was a step above .

Upon entering store Odell helped us choose two king sized beds. The service was amazing we first started off using to help with our recommendations for a bed and then we were able to test out a couple of the mattresses and we ended up find the perfect mattress. Odell was very helping in helping us get the best price I definitely recommend asking for him if your ever at this location

Excellent sales rep helped us, thank you Odell for the help picking the right mattress. He did a great job with us was very patient and friendly, also he didn't try to overly sell us anything we were not needing or interested in but was still informative and represented their products well. So long as everything delivers on time and that goes well this was a great place to buy a mattress.

Demetrios and Erica were such a big help! Erica was very patient with my mother and I. We had a ton of questions and she took the time to answer and explain everything. Demetrios was also very helpful in providing information about the products and helped us load our mattress and box spring into our truck. The both of them even helped with securing the items down to the truck so it would not fly off. This experience was great and I would definitely comeback again and even recommend this store to anyone I know. Thanks a bunch!!!
