UPDATE: after my post a rep from mattress firm reached out to me to provide a resolution. The sales person was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience and took full responsibility for the situation and was committed to making it right. I appreciate that because although the mattress was purchased at their store it came from another location and was not aware that it was not up to company standards to be sold. They replaced the mattress with a brand new mattress. The delivery Team was very professional and polite. I did not update to five stars only because of the inconvenience, But I really appreciate the commitment to making it right. Would shop there in the future. 30’days ago I Purchased a economical mattresses and was assured that it met the highest quality standard. The mattress was in no condition to be sold. The sides bed down to the box spring when you sit on it and the bubbles up on one side when you lay on the opposite side. Because I took advantage of the discounted price my inly option is to be out of my money. I was assured that it had gone through the companies highest quality testing and inly sold because it met them. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience at Mattress Firm today! Ehson was the BEST salesman I could have asked for! He explained all the different choices, didn’t push any specific brand or try and pressure me to buy or make a decision. It was a stress free, fun experience that I wasn’t anticipating! Who knew what a headache buying a mattress could be. I had spend hours and hours looking for a bed running around different mattress stores that kept trying to unnecessarily upsell me to something I didnt even need. I'm so glad we found Kyle!! He helped me understand what level firmness would be more beneficial to me since i have back issues and made the process of buying it and getting it to my home super easy.
