My wife and I were looking for a split king adjustable mattress. We performed quite a bit of research and strolled into the Mattress Firm on Roosevelt to look at their inventory. We knew the amount of money we were looking at would be a significant investment. We met with Rashada, the store manager. She was extremely knowledgeable about the sleep benefits of each mattress. She was respectful, engaging and we never once felt pressured. In fact, she did everything possible to negotiate any discount she could and we walked out of there with the exact mattress and frame we wanted! I wish every experience could be delightful as ours was yesterday!

I have not bought a mattress in 28 years and a lot has changed. Let’s talk about inflation. Prices have increased about 400% but you get more than before. Lights under the bed, vibrations through the bed and the top and bottom of the bed rises and lowers. Even more outstanding, you can buy a split king where you can have a different sleeping experience than your spouse. Snoring, aching back and tired legs can be alleviated in a night. Al, our expert in perfect sleeping, gave us all of the facts, trial runs on assorted beds and available financing. There were no high pressure sales, just easy discussions. With the large numbers of beds and accessories, we have decided to sleep on it before making the bed decision although we did purchase a pillow.

Had such a great experience finding my perfect mattress with the help of Al and Rashada! They made me feel comfortable to shop around on my own and try out the feel of the mattresses at my own pace (without the uncomfortable lingering presence that some salespeople do).
