Loved it and our sales rep, Richard. My boyfriend and I went in, sleep-deprived, this morning. One of the salesmen said, "What brings you in today?" to which my boyfriend replied, "Mattress sucks. We got no sleep!" Richard got us through the demo and, in under 40 minutes, we had a new soft but firm mattress! No trouble whatsoever! And they're delivering two days from now and taking away our other one, at a great fee! Just can't beat good service, these days!

Lindsay was great, she provided us with all the info and her personal preferences to help us select our new mattress and did not try to push us into buying the most expensive mattress. Also the whole process was quick and easy we were only in the store for about 10 minutes total. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a mattress.

Robert was extremely patient and knowledgeable. There was zero pressure from him. We stopped by about a week and a half ago, and he helped us all the way until closing even though my wife hadn't made a decision. We came back today on the spur of the moment and Robert remembered a good chunk of what we spoke about in our previous visit. Again he was extremely patient and took time to show us some additional mattresses, and we ended up purchasing one we hadn't even looked at last time. It was quite a different sales experience that we experienced in several other big box competitors we also comparison shopped and we came back to this location because of Robert. He definitely deserves the praise and a raise.

I never been to Mattress Firm. It's a nice size business with plenty of different mattresses, plans, offers and accessories. KY husband and I were there for several hours, trying the different mattresses and going over prices and offers. The salesman was very patient, friendly and able to keep up with us. We did buy a mattress.
