My family and I had a great experience, 5 stars/ 10 out of 10 when shopping for new beds! We received amazing assistance from Daniel and Carlos the 3 times we went to this branch. They made the process pleasant and simple to test out different mattresses that were what we were looking for (firm & extra firm in particular).They had good communication skills, were friendly, and knowledgeable about the products/models inside the store as well as the current promotions that were advertised online. We greatly appreciated their patience since we asked a lot of questions and how they made us comfortable about the process of purchasing the beds, the delivery/haul away and set up, and if we needed any future assistance with unforeseen issues. We look forward to interacting with them again for future Mattress Firm purchases and will recommend this branch. I hope other colleagues will follow the same example and keep providing the excellent service my family and I received. :)

Carlos the sales person at Mattress Firm in Kendall was very cordial, easy to talk too, and he really tries to help the client as much as possible, and demonstrates good knowledge about the mattress and items at the store….looking forward to our new mattress to arrive soon!!

I visited this store and was well helped by Daniel. He was helpful, attentive to my needs and understood my budget and gave me wise advice.He had a positive attitude and willing to work with the customer and share his knowledge. I purchased the Matress soon to be delivered. I had visited a different store closer to my home but unfortunately the person there, Angel, was not very helpful, seemed to be annoyed by my questions, unwilling to provide information and I felt he was rude and no customer service attitude what so ever. I.am glad I waited until the next day to go to another store and be satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Daniel
