We went shopping for a mattress for our daughter. Jeffrey your sleep expert was just wonderful. Patient, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and very friendly. It is a pleasure to be able to shop without being pushed, pressed or convinced about something that you are not sure about. Jeffrey is really an excellent manager. He gave us free time to explore and choose, always providing expert information. I bought my mattresses from Maria Fernandez at the MattressFirm at London Square. We first went to see them, and returned another day to purchase them. She was very knowledgeable and super helpful. She answered all the questions we had and was very patient. On both days we had great customer service. Ask for Maria if you visit the store!
