Julio was a pleasure to work with, and the first mattress we were shown after sharing our needs in a mattress ended up being the one we purchased. We went to the mattress firm stores in Inverness in Inverness Florida and spoke to an associate whose name is ALANNAH and she was extremely professional and extremely helpful. And, a very honest and forthcoming person in explaining everything to us and the cost and where we could have savings and I'm trying to buy the mattresses that we wanted and we are both over the age of 75 so we definitely appreciated her as an associate and she should either be a store manager or a district manager. she has those qualities we certainly appreciate her. we certainly appreciate her as an associate who did her best both professionally and personally to help us. Her customer service is something that you don't find very often theres days. The thing is I'm 75 and I have been a manager a number of times, so I can judge who has the QUALITIES, and how well a person is doing their job and she should definitely be a Store Manager or a District manager. We also talked to a manager in Ocala and he was not as forthcoming as she was in explaining everything, all the details and what we could get the black Friday deals that we could get.HOWEVER THE REST OF THE APPLICATION, TRYING TO GET A 5 SECOND VIDEO OF MY HUSBAD, AND THE BAR CODE OFF THE BACK OF HIS LICENSE WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE STUPIDEST AND MOST RIDICULOUS THING I'VE EVER SEEN IN 75 YEARS !!! IT MAKES US NOT EVEN WANT TO CONTINUE THE PROCESS TO GET OUR NEW MATTRESSES. I'VE GOTTEN 3 ACCOUNTS WITH SYNCHRONY BANK !!! I BOUGHT A SOFA FROM LOVSAC AND HAVE A SAM'S CLUB ACCOUNT, AND TWO LOWE'S ACCOUNTS FOR BUSINESSES. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THERE IS SO MUCH TROUBLE TRYING TO GET THIS MattressFirm account in my husband's name and mine ??? His credit is in the 800's and we can't seem to get a VIDEO OF HIS FACE AND A PICTURE OF HIS LICENSE!!!! PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW WE ARE TO DO THIS AT OUR AGE WHEN MY 45 YEAR OLD SON IS HAVING TROUBLE. YOU CAN REACH ME AT OUR HOME PHONE AT 352-726-884[
