My wife and I went to the store and we ended up buying a mattress because of the store manager Joshua. Joshua is extremely knowledgeable, polite and pleasant, he gave us a very good price on the mattress that we wanted. Joshua is a great asset to Mattress Firm. Dennis and Mark were amazing. They were fast, efficient and I left very Happy and a proud new owner of a beautiful, comfortable new mattress and box spring. Also it will be delivered with in 4 days of purchase. I would definitely recommend them any time!

These guys are great! Josh and Jacob are so knowledgeable about all of their products. They take the time to explain and assist you without any typical store pressure. I honestly wasn't expecting much of a mattress for the money I had to spend... However, I'm getting older & my back wasn't going to hold out for a more opportune time. At best, I hoped to find something with a solid enough coil count to be comfortable for a couple years. I stopped into the Northlake location and wasn't feeling too confident about either of the 2 models, I had come to try out. The sales guy was on point, he tracked down an impressive deal on a bed, with much better lumber feel & support. It's close cousin was on the sales floor, for twice the money (& that was already 30% off for the Independence day sale). Equally impressive, was his calm low key demeanor ...not the typical personality you find on a sales floor. Thanks much for your help Mark.
