If I could give 100 million stars I would. I don’t know if I’ve ever written a Google review before but I just had to after my purchase experience at this location. The manager, Peter, couldn’t have been more perfect! He listen intently to my needs and pointed me towards exactly what I was looking for. He even had such patience while I flopped back and forth for a solid 30min on all the beds. He wasn’t pushy at all and even encouraged me to take my time and come back the next day if I wasn’t sure about my choice. I couldn’t be happier with not only my purchase but overall experience. A good product is one thing but an experience can change everything. If you’re looking for a new bed, you must go see Peter at this location. He’s a true gem of a human.

It has been a very long time since I’ve been in the market for mattresses. I was dreading this day and knew I would be overwhelmed. I stopped by the store bc of the Labor Day sale. I was instantly greeted by a smiling face and a cheerful “hello”. I shared my situation, my needs and my budget right away with Tony, the store manager. Tony really listened and made sure he understood my needs. He showed me items in my budget and explained the sale to me. He answered all my questions and showed me appropriate items as reinforcement. I truly felt more knowledgeable to make my decisions. When it came time to make my purchase decision, Tony made sure I knew my options available. Pricing was explained in detail. I felt comfortable with the process and never felt pressured. My experience was a great one!
