Great customer service! Quick and efficient. We knew what we wanted and were in and out in about 10 minutes. Our salesman was very knowledgeable, personable and helped us load our new mattress onto our truck. He was attentive and we will definitely be back for our next mattress purchase. Oh and the deals were better than our other club memberships, so the choice was easy to make to go with Mattress Firm.

Robert was a very knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and patient salesman who worked with us for several hours helping me to decide on a mattress today. I have complicated health issues, including lung and spinal diseases. To date I have had 16 surgeries, including 3 on my spine. He worked with us on the price to give us the best deal he could find. This store allows customers a generous amount of time to sleep on Their new mattress to be sure they have chosen well, and if not, for a reasonable restocking fee, they will pick up the mattress, and return the purchase price to the customer.I .highly recommend this store. As a new buyer for mattresses and furniture in general, I was skeptical of what everyone was trying to sell me. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted and helped by Elly who gave me information on big sales as a new buyer on a budget. From the moment we got there we were treated well and welcomed. We had been in several months earlier and knew nothing about mattresses and didn't make a decision. This time Robert was amazing, I explained my sleeping thoughts and positioning and what the mattress firm questions told me and he used that to show me everything from top of the line to the bottom without pushing anything. Once I decided on the mattress he even helped me pick a better option for an adjustable base instead of just using the on offered and allowing me to only pay the difference and even gave me a discount on that. I can't say enough how great his knowledge and explanations were in helping with a huge decision. I would recommend Robert to anyone without a second thought, he's that great.
