Rob was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different mattresses and frames they have to offer. We never felt any pressure to buy anything and his greeting made us feel very welcomed in the store. He answered all of our questions about the mattress and bed we went in to purchase, making sure they were in stock. He explained the money back if not satisfied policies thoroughly and even highlighted the important parts in the contract. I very nice guy. We will be back to by a King mattress for our bed in the future

Absolutely enjoyed our visit to this location. From the moment we walked in it was all smiles. Ryan assisted us in purchasing our mattress. Had such a great personality! I was nervous bringing my kids as any parent would be because well they are children lol enough said. He made them feel at ease while mom and dad could pick out a mattress calmly. Highly recommend him for all mattress and adjustable bases! Thanks Ryan!!

Needed headboard brackets. Ellie said they were at another local location. Great, we got ready to go and just as we were leaving ellie took the time to call us back, because she had mistaken. We felt that was really nice of her, very courteous.
