Rodney was very helpful and explained all the options on the adjustable bases. We were very happy with the Black Friday sale! We also just helped our parents in California get a new bed, and the store in Carlsbad was great, as well.

Rodney was my sales guy. He knew exactly what I needed. I went in there with a $2000 budget in mind I end up spending a little over $5000. Because of his good customer service, he took the time out to show me the type of bed that fits my needs. He actually is an outstanding worker very knowledgeable and I definitely would love to do business with him again and if I send anyone there they will have to ask for Rodney I came in today. My bestie and I had a great time on our tempurpedic exploratory trip at this mattress firm location! Kyle is not only very knowledgeable about every mattress in the store but he is also a great communicator! I always do a lot of research prior to going in person and Kyle was able to put a bow on all of the specs and reviews I had been digesting online. Customer service is alive and well here!! This mattress firm location had all of the new models for testing and the entire experience was bar non! This is your sales guy!

He provided a disposable sheet and I was able to lay on multiple mattresses and pillows. They had a recommendation quiz that helped. Very knowledgeable. I can’t imagine doing this online. They also had a sale going on. Very courteous and helpful. Will come back!
