I met Victor and Yvonne. They are very nice, patient, and extremely helpful. They don’t allow you to stand around wondering about the product. They ask do you need help. They tell you about the product before you ask. They help you to compare pricing and comfort. I got to lay on the mattresses and get a feel for them. I wasn’t rushed, either. This is one of the best stores, yet. Service makes all the difference. You can have a good product, but if service sucks, people will easily venture somewhere else. Thanks Ms. Yvonne and Mr. Wilkins for a pleasurable shopping experience! I will definitely tell others about your store.

I came into Mattress Form just to look around and was greeted by the wonderful Yvonne. She was an informative and helpful and the first option she showed me I loved. They had a Labor Day sale so she convinced me to get my mattress while the sales was going on. We chat and she made my experience really great!

We went to Mattress Firm because of their Labor Day sale. My husband and I were warmly greeted by Candice and Yvonne. Candice assisted us and was very knowledgeable about each of their products. What I loved was that there was no high pressure sales pitch but a genuine concern to find us the perfect mattress. And Candice did! Two days later I had to change my delivery date and spoke with Yvonne. Yvonne was pleasant on the phone and handled my request expeditiously. The store Manager, Nova contacted me after finding out that the online customer service was unable to handle my request to stop receiving some unnecessary updates. This wasn’t a major issue but she handled the matter as if it was and cared for it quickly and apologized for any inconvenience that this may of caused me. She was awesome! Last but not least is your delivery service. The delivery driver we had was, Alvaro. He contacted my husband when he was close by and delivered, set up and hauled away our old mattress. Alvaro was polite and professional. Their tracking system for deliveries is one of the best and their Gold service is well worth purchasing. I didn’t mean for this review to be so long but I was so impressed with the quality of service given by their employees that I had to make sure each were mentioned. Mattress Firm not only has a great selection of quality mattresses but outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!!!

She was kind, knowledgeable, mindful of our security being two women in the store in an area with such high foot traffic, and extremely thorough in communicating the benefits of each mattress she showed me. It was one of the easiest experiences of my moving process thus far.
