I have made many purchases with Mattress Firm over the years. I always have great experiences with the sale of people and the delivery team. I had a late request to get a mattress and frame for my college student and John was so helpful in finding exactly what we wanted and with very little effort on my end. I just called him on the phone and he handled my request with ease is very personable, and gave me all the facts to make a decision effectively. I look forward to the delivery of the products.

John from mattress firm on Clybourn was amazing! This was our first time shopping with mattress firm and didn’t know what to expect but he exceeded all of our expectations and eased our anxiety. He was super knowledgeable about each product, funny and was quickly able to resolve our issue. We came in needing a mattress immediately as we threw ours away and have been sleeping on the floor. John was quick to assist and jump on the mission of helping us find our next mattress. He had us try multiple mattresses and help us narrow down our choices, keeping the pros and cons of each based on our needs.
