We were very impressed with Mattress Firm Huntley. First with the sales person Edgar. He was knowledgeable and he did not pressure to complete the sale. Secondly, with the delivery person Diego. He was right on time, notified us when he was 10 minutes away, and dropped the mattress where requested. Third, I felt we paid a good price on the discounted mattress.

Wayne spent hours with us in choosing the perfect mattress for our needs. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and guided us to the perfect fit. This location is always welcoming! Professional sales store manager and team. I purchased many pillows from here with a positive experience. I am a repeat customer and come here whenever they have new products to offer. My sleep has been so much better and my snoring has been reduced a ton! One person in specific I would like to Recommend goes by the name of Wayne. He is very knowledgable on his stuff and has awesome suggestions for my bedrooms. Whenever I come we always have conversations and I feel good coming here knowing we get along so well. Wayne always goes above and beyond to make sure Im satisfied, Words cant describe how thankful I am for him and what Mattress Firm has to offer. Thank you Wayne! You changed my sleep life in an amazing way! Another Sleep expert I would like to say thanks to goes by the name of Nick Bieze. Very knowledgeable on Hybrid mattresses and helped me select another one for my guest room. Nick explained thoroughly the benefits that each hybrid mattress has to offer for my sleep type specifically. I initially purchased a Sleepy Snug 8 inch mattress but then upgraded to a Sealy 12 inch Norman. The extra price for the Norman was very well worth it, thank you so much for the help guys. We had a wonderful experience shopping at Mattress Firm in Huntley! Wayne was one of the kindest, most patient, and caring salesmen I have ever worked with. He truly cared about teaching and explaining to us the products to make sure we knew exactly what we were looking at. He cared more about us being educated on the product and happy with our decision then trying to sell us a mattress. We went to the store multiple times to compare products and test out the mattresses. We looked forward to seeing Wayne’s smile every time we walked in and having a nice conversation with him. We did buy a mattress and could not be happier that we bought from this store. Thank you Wayne!
