Ami was wonderful! I went in with a certain mattress in mind and she showed me that one. She also asked questions and made suggestions of other mattresses and was not pushy at all to buy the suggested mattress. Also she took the time to explain warrantees and how to go by using it if ever needed. She as well set up a day to have the mattress delivered to my house that works with my busy schedule. I was very content with the store and staff.

Year or two AFTER the sale I moved my bedroom furniture and my adjustable bed did not work on both sides… I called Mattress Firm and Ryan came out to fix my error in plugging in bed electronics correctly! Love my adjustable bed and thanks to Ryan I will enjoy it facing East vs North. It is service after the sale that will bring us back for another thanks so much Ryan at Lake Bluff Mattress firm!

Ryan was very informative about all the Tempurpedic beds. He explained everything in detail and then left me to make my own decisions without any pressure. New bed was delivered 3 days later exactly when scheduled & the 2 delivery guys were very professional. Overall a great experience! Thank you

We need a mattress for our new bed but I have so dreaded going to a mattress store that I kept putting it off. If only I had known we’d get Ami as a salesperson! Incredibly smart, personable, and knowledgeable about the products, Ami didn’t spend all her time trying to upsell me. Instead, she listened carefully to what we needed, asked exactly the right questions, and gave excellent advice. I can’t recommend her or this store more highly.
