We came in to look at mattresses as ours needed replacement. We were greeted kindly by Sanjeev. He allowed us to peruse the store while greeting other customers. My wife and I took our time trying out all of the mattresses. Sanjeev checked in on us periodically to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. He assisted us with all of our inquiries and helped us get the best deal possible. In addition, even after we left we were able to adjust our order and make additional purchases with him to make sure we got everything we needed. Sanjeev was extremely helpful and we are very grateful. We are anxiously awaiting delivery of our Purple mattress. Thank you for all of your help!

Josh was great!!! He listened to my concerns and took his time with me. He even pulled down several mattresses from the side that weren’t on display so I could lie on them to compare. I’ve had spinal surgery so choosing a good mattress is very, very important! I feel like Josh will take care of me as a valued customer regardless of how much I’m spending. He’s knowledgeable and in my opinion honest when you ask him for his opinion. He’s an asset to Mattress Firm. So far no smoke and mirrors here. Thanks!
