Mattress Firm’s Matt was very knowledgeable and assisted me greatly in choosing the mattress I wanted. Discussed many options and tried out a number of mattress samples. Chose Beauty Rest brand. Received a substantial discount along with purchasing box spring and wick bed cover along with delivery and pick up of old mattress. Excellent price and great service.

This store in Ann Arbor met all my expectations. I was greeted at the door, and Tara, the saleslady showed me many mattresses without pressure. After I selected one, she made sure I knew the return policy and delivery date. The real surprise was the delivery. I've had so many bad experiences with deliveries this year. But this truck showed up almost the minute the phone call predicted, and the men set the mattress up promptly the courteously.
