Met a real professional saleslady at the Bay City Michigan location by the name of Cara. She picked out the perfect Mattress for us and we couldn't be happier. I learned a lot from her on how to buy a bed. She really educated us on coils and comfort too. We purchased a Sterns & Foster at a great price and even bought a Power Base. I feel like a king in my new King Mattress. Thanks for making our new bed a great buying experience and saved us some money too.

Great buying experience. We were shown all options, price ranges and detailed explanations of the differences between each mattress. We were not pressured and ended up buying a mattress that feels great and was within our price range. Would recommend buying from Jenny at Mattress Firm.

Even though I was shopping forever online for the best deal I could find, I had wayyyyyyyy too many questions before I could make a definitive decision. I happened to be in the area, and saw the Wilder Rd. location was right there! So I stopped in to ask a bunch of questions.... The two ladies working were WONDERFUL!!! My sales associate was Cara (on my receipt), on 4-24 between 4-5pm, but the other girl working was just as nice, friendly and helpful! Not only were all of my crazy questions answered, but I was able to see size differences, softness comparisons, as well as in-store sales that weren't available online - some of which are a hell of a steal, and need to be checked out! (I have had broken bones in my neck, arm, and sides that make it hard to get comfortable, so I needed something specific to accommodate that, otherwise I would've bought one of these on the spot!) Also seeing visually how much sweat each person produces per night makes you want to gag! No wonder they recommended the mattress cover! And to think: I have multiple pets that sleep on our bed with the TWO of us as well - GROSS! I never realized how much actually goes into choosing a new bed with someone else (and pets!) instead of just for yourself, but these ladies were fantastic with my ignorance, patient as all can be, and really truly enjoyed educating me about mattresses and quality sleep rather than lecturing or pressuring me to buy as other places do! The next time I need ANYTHING related to mattresses or bedding, I will ABSOLUTELY be going back here! No, I don't know either of them, nor am I paid for this review! I legitimately walked in with only questions I needed answered to decide which one to buy online. I was able to order it in store right then and there for the same deal, and now my bed will be delivered on Friday!!! I got a $1,600 mattress for less than $500 delivered to my door, and I cannot wait to sleep on it!!! Highly recommend in any way I can!
