Wow. Way above and beyond my expectations. Where is the 10 star option? Andrew provided the kind of customer service that people dream of. We came to pick up an item near closing time. It wouldn't fit in our van. It was raining. Andrew provided plastic to cover the item and twine to tie to the top of the van. This was a low dollar item and by then it was past closing time. But Andrew treated us like top-level customers and stayed until he was sure things were on a good path. Thank you Andrew. My son and I were very thankful for all your help. Well done. Upper management... I hope you recognize Andrew somehow for his outstanding service!
