Customer Rep Danny took time to allow us to check out few different mattresses and answered all our questions. Price also seems reasonable. Nice to have free mattress delivery to our door steps. 120 days experience /return window is nice. What is not nice is Return delivery charges of $99.99 in case a customer returns mattress within 120 days. Also what is not nice is 10% of the price of mattress as restocking fees.
