We purchased an adjustable Mattress from Rich the manager of Mattress Firm. He exceeded our expectations in Customer Service, budget, discount and was absolutely the most polite manager. He did not pressure us at all after coming in the second time. He honored my Veteran status. By giving us the Military discount. He answered all of our questions and concerns and he went out of his way to explain each and every type of mattress we tried without making us feel pressured. How great it is to deal with a live person instead of a robot or online. We will refer all of our friends and family to Rich from Mattress Firm. He has won our business for life!

Shopping at this location with the agent was such a pleasant experience. He understood I have a budget and helped find a very nice quality bed which was on clearance. It’s been probably about two months since we’ve purchased a mattress from Rich. If you’re debating on going here Vs another place, this should be your only place!! My husband and I went to 4-5 other mattress stores before this one and we regret not coming here first. Rich goes above and beyond with his service. He’s funny, informative, helpful and realistic….we told him what we were looking for in a mattress and he took the time to help us find the perfect one. Another added bonus is you can pick up the mattress that same day!!!!
