Went in on a Saturday afternoon with my wife and daughter. We were immediately greeted by Kristopher who asked how he could help us. We knew what we needed (firm King size mattress). Kristopher brought us directly to 3 different floor samples, all within different price ranges. He was very knowledgeable on the different makes and models, and informative on the specs of each. We did not feel pressured at all to purchase any particular one, Kristopher simply gave us an honest evaluation of all of them. Having a newborn with us, we really appreciated Kristopher building quick rapport, but then being respectful of our time and questions and keeping the process moving along. We ended up purchasing a great mattress with a 4 month evaluation period. Entire process took about 25 minutes. We will recommend and return to this location in the future for any additional purchases.

The Morris Plains Mattress Firm store was highly rated by people who live in my area on the Nextdoor App so my husband and I decided to go there for a badly needed new mattress. Stephanie was our sales rep and there just aren’t enough words to describe what an excellent salesperson she is. The first mattress we purchased ended up being too firm for us and Stephanie couldn’t have been kinder in assisting us to return the mattress and purchase another one. Stephanie also followed-up with us each time to see if we were satisfied with our purchase and if the delivery went smoothly. The delivery men were very quick, very nice and helpful as well. They even attached the headboard parts to the frame for us. We had a really good experience and are very happy with our purchase from Stephanie at the Morris Plains, NJ store.

Went in just to test some mattresses and walked out with an incredible deal. Steffany was very attentive and helpful without ever being pushy. She worked with my budget to get me exactly what I wanted. Customer service was great in the store and after as well. She called me before and after my delivery to make sure everything was on schedule and that everything went well. An overall great experience.

Steffanie was very helpful and easy to work with. The delivery men were fantastic. They were very respectful, polite, and thorough. Within 10 minutes they set up the new mattress, took out the old mattress, and took all of the plastic wrap from the new one. In the end you’d never know they were there except for the new mattress.
