The sales person, Doug at the Mt Laurel store that I worked with, was very informative in describing the features of each mattress and was very forthcoming and direct as to the right mattress for me and my wife. He was very patient with us in making the right decision and worked hard for us to get a very good price as the higher level mattresses are very expensive. I will highly recommend to my friends and family to go see Doug when they need a new mattress as I will not in the future buy another mattress from anybody else. Also, Doug’s manager, Cosmo, was also extremely informative as I had a few more questions at the final sale. They both were great.

If I could give more than 5 stars I really would. Words could never express how satisfied my family and I were with our experience. Cosmo and Doug are nothing short of a blessing. They both have a great deal of knowledge about their product, as well as the options and new mattress technology available. We felt very informed about our choices and ultimately comfortable with our purchase. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking a new mattress or just want to be more informed. I can only speak for myself when I say I really don’t know anything about mattresses. We look forward to doing business with them in the future, if and when needed. Me and my husband went to Mattress firm in Mt Laurel today. Cosmo did an excellent job he was very helpful!! He was very knowledgeable about all the mattress in the store. He was also pleasant kept a smile on his face and very nice! This is definitely a place you will want to go shop for mattress with great customer service... Thank you again Cosmo!!!!!

Stopped in because I needed info about a bunkie board-a base usually used in bunk beds. I needed something less deep than a box spring for a thick double sided mattress. Spoke with Douglas, who knew what I was talking about. Nice when that happens! Gave me the info I needed, thought about it for a bit, then called back later to place order over the phone. Very easy-took maybe 5 minutes tops to complete. I gave 5 stars for customer service. Will get product next week for update on that...to be continued
