From start to finish my husband and I had an incredible experience with sleep expert, Mia! We never felt pressured and she patiently tended to all of our questions and concerns. She never made us feel uncomfortable and gave us total control on our purchase plus offering alternatives. The interaction felt very organic and easy going. This was a super friendly, professional and educational experience. We came in for a bed that we saw online but with her expertise we left with a bed with greater and substantial quality. This investment is one that we are proud of and we are so thankful to Mia’s support in picking the perfect mattress for our growing family. Delivery was quick and easy also. Since we haven’t received our bed yet, this review is about my buying experience. We went to Mattress Firm in West Berlin looking to upgrade the bed to a split king adjustable base and mattress. We were immediately greeted upon entry into the store by Mia. Mia was very knowledgeable about the different products and brands. She was very attentive and listened to us. She worked within our budget by giving us an excellent deal! She was very instrumental in our decision making process as well as our decision to purchase from Mattress Firm. It is so refreshing to actually work with a salesperson who knew the products!! I definitely recommend Mattress Firm. Ask for Mia!!

The gentleman there Nicko was Super knowledgeable and assisted us in a timely fashion. It was 95 outside and he generously offered my kids water, which i never expected. He also carried the super heavy bedrails for us. Will return. Ty for all your help.
