Steven the sales rep was phenomenal, at the time of delivery the wrong bracket were provided. The movers, Tony Luis and Jason, did an excellent job. They provided exact information as to the next steps to reschedule the delivery and installation of the brackets for the headboard and base. Highly recommend.

Today I took my mother into Mattress Firm in Valley Stream and the sales associate Richard was very on point with his knowledge of the products both in the store and online. He listened to what we needed and made suggestions that made it easy to spend a little more than intended today. We left there satisfied with the service and the mattress and motorized base to help with her lower back issues. If you have a chance to go to Mattress Firm in Valley Stream or Crossbay Blvd (Richard works in both) go and ask for him + 3 years interest free financing is a great incentive as well.

Great experience and found the perfect bed! I worked with Steve; I highly recommend him he was very patient with me and accommodating! Steve assisted me with finding the best comfort level, made great recommendations as far as mattress and adjustable base with massager and lumbar support, and helped put it all together for a price that was reasonable for my budget! Looking forward to some sweet dreams 💤 They also offer financing options with no interest which is a plus.
