Even helped my husband and I today with getting a new bed. We were skeptical and didn't want to spend a lot but also wanted to get a great bed so that we could finally wake up without having pain. He was very patient and made sure we left the store feeling great about our decision. On top of it he found the best deal for our budget with a quality bed. He really did accommodate our needs and threw in some bonus items. I am recommending anyone asking to work with Evan. Super great customer service.

When I came into your store today I was greeted by a gentleman named Ethan. He created me with a kind voice and a smile. I told him exactly what I was looking for he took me right to that spot there was two different mattresses for me to choose from and what I was looking for he explained the differences between the two mattresses I chose one he got it down for me laid it on a box spring so I could test it and ended up loving it. Very reasonable price including delivery. I thought by any new mattress was going to be a nightmare but it ended up being a very great experience. I spent literally maybe 20 minutes in the store completed my transaction he was very kind the whole time. I would recommend mattress firm to all my friends and family. He also asked if I needed any accessories for my bed I told him no thank you. Thanks to Ethan I had a great experience in picking out a new mattress. Thank you so much again Ethan

Vincent helped me and he was excellent. Super friendly and answered all of my many questions. He pulled down several mattresses multiple times for me to try out, and put up with my indecisiveness;) Vincent worked within my budget to find me options with the specs I needed, and ultimately found me an awesome mattress. The other salesman was very friendly too (Evan? I forget). Very happy with my visit. Thanks!!!

I came in about 20 minutes before closing due to my schedule and Evan was able to quickly walk me through their current offers and available mattresses within my budget. He was able to help me find the right mattress for me and had me on my way. Very happy with the experience and Evan's customer service.

Yes, Ethan and Vincent, were great! Ethan is a great salesman. Although the prices on their mattresses were a little bit on the higher side, but I'm guessing it's because of the higher quality products that they sell there? Ethan is super friendly and easy to work with on getting a good deal on your desired items!
